Helen has worked for over 37 years within the nursing world, is a highly experienced Occupational Health Advisor and has worked with many businesses, both in the UK and overseas.

After qualifying as a Registered General Nurse and Registered Midwife, Helen completed her Occupational Health qualification and is on Part 3 of the Register. She has a particular interest in developing OH Services for startup businesses and assisting companies to assess their OH needs, whether changing their OH provision or looking for a new approach, particularly managing change to help companies deliver effective OH services.

Helen has vast experience in complex case management and a special interest in mental health.
